About The Client

The Ozone Clean Laundrettes is an established business with +20 years that specialises in providing the most clean, fastest and hygienic laundrettes with the latest most advanced ozone disinfections technology in the market. They have +11 locations across Melbourne and counting.

The client had an outdated, clunky and hard to use website. We started working on the site by early March 2022.

The first step was to work out with the client what they wanted for the website and how they wanted to present their business.

What Was Our Strategy?

The goal of the redesign was to primarily update the look of the website to improve its overall functionality and user experience (UX) so as to increase overall conversions and interactions with their visitors.

To begin with, we created a new website design based on the client’s requirements. To achieve this, we conducted a competitor market analysis to look at other websites in the laundrette industry to see how they were presenting their business. This helped us understand how to present the services and the elements that would give a polished feel.

Keyword research was conducted and completed for the services the client offers. This informed the URL structure that was used for the site. Also, we completed all of the title tags and meta descriptions for each page as this helps position the site strategically on Google.

Further on, as part of the building stage, the client engaged our copywriting services to ensure we were including the correct language and words their customers were searching for and resonated with. New content was written for the home page, about us and service pages. This was to make sure the services were optimised and up to date, while still incorporating the main keyword for each page.

Additionally, the new site was designed for use on all mobile devices, desktops and tablets.

Where is The Client Now?

After the site was rebuilt, it was loading in less than three seconds. This was a great result for the client.
Furthermore, the client has now an optimised SEO site which is ready to commence an SEO campaign to get more leads and targeted traffic to the client’s site.
