Intro
About The Client
Brain Athletics delivers the Arrowsmith Program in Melbourne which specialises both with adults and children with learning disabilities and cognitive difficulties.
The client had a website that was very hard to navigate and was looking old and outdated. They wanted a fresh, professional website in order to improve the navigation of the site, attract more customers and modernise their online presence.
What Was Our Strategy?
The first step was to create a new website design based on the client’s ideas. In order to do this, we researched the market to see what else was happening out there and emulate ideas to show the client how they were presenting their business.
We then conducted a keyword research to ensure we were targeting the right keywords so as to attract qualified leads, improved the navigation and url structure and inserted relevant CTAs throughout the site.
As part of building the website, we implemented an initial on-page optimisation (completion of meta titles, descriptions, insertion of relevant headings, alt text images and geo tag images) so as to help begin positioning the pages strategically on Google. Furthermore we conducted an initial GMB Optimisation to ensure she would get the most out of her GMB Profile so as to drive more leads to her business.
Additionally, the new site was designed for use on all devices, including mobile, desktop and tablets. This is particularly important as more of 50% of the online searches nowadays are done via mobile.
The goal of the redesign was to primarily update the look of the website to improve its overall functionality and user experience (UX). In addition, we worked with Caterina to provide us with additional content so as to reflect his specifications on the site.
Where is The Client Now?
After the site was rebuilt, the user experience and navigation has been improved helping them increase their overall conversions.
Furthermore, the client is now ranking #4 for her main keyword in Melbourne and dominating GMB with a huge increase in calls and website clicks plus overall interaction- all of this only after 2 weeks of going live early in February 2022.
