Stellar Education Website Redesign Case Study

Intro

Stellar Education have over 20 years of sales operations and customer experience in medium to large organisations.

The client had an outdated, clunky and hard to use website. We started working on the site by late March 2021.

The goal of the redesign was to primarily update the look of the website to improve its overall functionality and user experience (UX). In addition, we worked with Frank to provide us with additional content so as to reflect his specifications on the site.

We also needed to create two service pages of content for the new website – as part of this, we conducted a detailed keyword research to ensure we were targeting the right keywords and to find the best terms that customers were typing to find his particular services.

As part of that, we found that breaking his services in ‘sales training’ and ‘sales coaching’ gave us the best chances to being found online.
In addition, in order to give the site a more fresh look we ensured to add images from the client that demonstrated his quality of work and expertise as a sales coach.

Other improvements made on the site included making it mobile responsive, inserting a testimonial page and optimising the blog layout to increase the interaction with his customers.

After the site was rebuilt, it was loading in less than three seconds. This was a great result for the client.

Furthermore, the client has now an optimised SEO site which is ready to commence an SEO campaign to get more leads and targeted traffic to the client’s site.
