About The Client

MDM Finance Solutions have over 10 years of experience in the mortgage broker field in Melbourne.

The client had an outdated, clunky and hard to use website. We started working on the site by late June 2021.

What Was Our Strategy?

The goal of the redesign was to primarily update the look of the website so as to have a boutique very sophisticated site which was fresh and offered an amazing experience for her visitors. In addition, we worked with one of our experienced copywriters so as to update the copy of the site and reflect the specifications from Loretta and Gary.

We also needed to create individual service pages of content for all the type of loans she offers – as part of this, we conducted a detailed keyword research to ensure we were targeting the right keywords and to find the best terms that customers were typing to find their particular services.

The new site was built with a focus on customer experience and the main services that the client offers. The website also included a variety of calculators for customers who were still conducting their research.

Other improvements made on the site included making it mobile responsive, inserting a testimonial page and optimising the blog layout to increase the interaction with their customers.

Where is The Client Now?

After the site was rebuilt, it was loading in less than three seconds. This was a great result for the client.

Furthermore, the client has now an optimised SEO site which is ready to commence an SEO campaign to get more leads and targeted traffic to the client’s site.
