How We Created An Online Lead Generating Machine in Just 18 Months
The client is an english teacher based in Argentina focusing on delivering personalised and customised english lessons for young to experienced professionals. She offers a wide range of classes and tailored services to ensure her clients obtain a cutting-edge service.
When the client started with us in late 2019, they didn’t have a website and had never invested in digital marketing before, so she was a bit unsure and hesitant at the beginning. In addition, all of her clients were coming from word of mouth or referrals but she wanted to secure a strategy that would give her peace and financial control in the upcoming years.
The main focus of the campaign was an emphasis on building an online asset that would get her new business so that she could expand beyond the word of mouth from her small network and target all of Argentina and the US.

WHAT WAS OUR SEO STRATEGY?
Our first step was to design and build a website that was user-friendly, had a clear URL and navigation structure, and was properly optimised for running a successful SEO Campaign.
As part of all of our website designs, at eWebsites we have a strong focus on creating layouts that clearly explain to the visitor in less than 5 seconds what the website is about, what is their USP and what the visitor needs to do.
The last thing that was done was to make sure the website was fully optimised for and functioned well on a mobile device. This ensured that customers who accessed the site from different devices could still have a positive experience when interacting with her site and navigate easily.
After the website build, we kicked off the SEO campaign. We created additional pages to target related searches and keywords to cast a wider net for qualified leads.
After we moved to an ongoing maintenance strategy, there was an additional focus on adding blog content and backlinks to strengthen the authority of the current pages with a clear intent of pushing in targeted keywords for this SEO campaign.
WHERE IS THE CLIENT NOW?
It took a while for this clients ranking to settle as it was quite a competitive niche with established schools that were ranking on the first page of Google but we reached top positions in July 2020- and since then we have been experiencing a continous growth trend in both traffic and leads.
The goals that the client was seeing (such as enquiry forms or click-to-call) went from 10 on July 2020 to a steady 80 in July 2021.
The overall organic keywords and traffic are continuing to grow and we are now targeting other areas and states of Argentina with a more complex strategy to enter the market in Miami (for the huge spanish community searching for english classes).
