Fortitude Wellbeing is a sole practitioner psychologist in Richmond who hired us to perform an SEO/PPC Campaign. They had a terrible experience with their prior provider as they lacked any proper reporting and were completely in the dark on what was happening on their campaign and the overall results they were obtaining.
They were looking to grow to 18 one-hour sessions per week (with a preference of 3 days) in the next 12 months, and the goal was to maintain the lead flow in the following 24 months.
Our goal was to generate an increase in their online traffic sessions and qualified leads to the business.
eWebsites started working with Fortitude Wellbeing in late 2023. First, we had to ensure we created a brand new website to convert visitors to patients. We also had to make it mobile-responsive and optimised for SEO and conversions.
After the launch in late January 2024, we kicked off our combined SEO & Paid Ads strategy to increase the enquiries and leads that were coming to the site.

What Was Our SEO/Ads Strategy?
Our first step was to prioritise on the top 3-5 core services that were going to bring more quality leads and patients to our client. We ensure to optimised the existing assets and started targeting them with Paid Ads.
We then started focusing on their Google Business Profile to ensure it was properly optimised so as to increase the chances of getting local customers from the nearby areas.
We had to rebuild and rewrite all of the other existing pages as both the content structure and navigation was quite poor. So we did a big change in the top menu and overall layout to facilitate visitors the possibility of engaging with our client and reducing the overall click depth.
Finally, we invested in the latest call-tracking and analytics technology to provide our client with a clear picture of their overall ROI and real-time insights into how their SEO campaign was performing. This was a game changer for them as now they were getting access to a 24×7 dashboard and could see exactly what was happening with their campaign.
The Results
In only three months of the campaign, we increased their organic traffic by 111%, and they had a whopping 400% increase in enquiries vs prior periods.
