Fittipaldi Injury Lawyers is a personal injury law firm based in Melbourne offering legal services in car accidents, workcover, medical negligence, superannuation claims and general litigation. The client originally hired us to renovate their website and increase their online presence with a tailored SEO campaign. The client had never done any digital marketing in the past, so we were tasked with the job of building a brand new website and starting SEO from scratch.

eWebsites started working with Fittipaldi in January 2024. Their goal was to generate more qualified leads, specifically phone calls and target medical negligence and WorkCover clients.

Personal injury law is one of the most competitive niches in Australia, where you compete against million-dollar marketing campaigns run by competitors with deep pockets. Therefore, it was crucial to set up a solid SEO strategy from the start to ensure we delivered the best results for the client in a short period.

What Was Our SEO Strategy?

Our first step was to rebuild their existing site, which looked old and outdated and lacked clear call-to-actions, affecting their user experience, navigation and conversions. They had no presence online so we had to work our way up and ensure we were going to stand out if we wanted to compete with the big players of personal injury lawyers in Melbourne.

The website needed to be polished, informational and professional. It also needed to establish a strong online presence to generate more qualified leads and enquiries.

We rebuilt it from scratch and designed it with a ranking-focused approach that prioritised SEO to help the site perform and rank higher in search engines.

We also corrected the technical issues hindering the on-site user experience (UX) and created individual pages for their more profitable services to ensure we were attracting the right customers and clients to their business and delivering the highest ROI for the client.

Next, we identified their most profitable services and we created rich content with a strong SEO focus with our experienced law copywriter. In addition, we developed a custom local SEO and link-building campaign to generate more visibility near their local area and improve their overall site authority.

Finally, we invested in the latest call-tracking and analytics technology to provide our client with a clear picture of their overall ROI and real-time insights into how their SEO campaign was performing.
