About The Client

Resicert is one of the most sought-after companies for pest and building inspections in Melbourne. Domestic and commercial building inspections are carried out by our experienced and licenced building inspectors.

Resicert’s proven building inspection method has given over 70,000 people peace of mind. Their overall client rating is 9.2 out of 10.

The client didn’t have a website and was looking to create a professional, customised landing page that was going to enable him to showcase his extensive building inspection experience, increase the overall trust and credibility of his business and ultimately convert visitors into customers.

There was a strong focus on delivering a clear explanation of this business, the building inspection services and what makes him so unique. We decided to leverage our copywriting services to ensure we captured the sales copy correctly.

What Was Our Strategy?

The first step was to conduct an extensive keyword research and analyse the market to ensure we were creating the correct URL structure and hierarchy of the site by targeting relevant keywords that could potentially drive qualified leads to the site.

We then focused on onboarding one of our experienced copywriters to ensure we portrayed their brand effectively and concisely. We took some time to carefully craft and create the sales copy of the landing page.

In addition, we ensured to insert relevant CTAs throughout the site and optimised their ‘header image’ section with a quote form so that potential customers could easily engage his services.

Finally, the website was designed for use on mobile devices, desktops and smaller screens.

Where is The Client Now?

After the site was rebuilt, the user experience and navigation has been improved helping them increase their overall conversions.

Furthermore, the client is now ranking #4 for her main keyword in Melbourne and dominating GMB with a huge increase in calls and website clicks plus overall interaction- all of this only after 2 weeks of going live early in February 2022.
